The former Florida Governor Jeb Bush will deliver a keynote address at the American Federation for Children’s annual National Policy Summit – Monday, May 22, and Tuesday, May 23, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
As governor of Florida (1999-2007), Bush introduced the first statewide voucher program in the country and has been a long time advocate for school choice. He said in a statement to AFC, “Our efforts to empower parents and disrupt the failing status quo in education are more important now than ever at this time of unprecedented opportunity for our movement.”
